Kapow Technologies, Inc. ("KAPOW") provides this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") to inform users of our website currently located at www.KapowSoftware.com (the "Site") of our privacy policy and practices and of the choices users can make about the way their information is collected through the Site and how that information is used.

Information Covered by this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers our collection and use of personal information as well as anonymous information. Personal information is information that can be traced back to an individual user, e.g., your name, postal address or e-mail address. Anonymous information is information that may be collected by a website about usage and service operation and that is not associated with a specific personal identity. Anonymous information includes demographic data, domain names, and website traffic.

Personal Information

Registration Information: We may ask you to register before allowing you to use certain features of our Site (for example, before you can view a webinar on the Site or post a comment to the Site), if applicable. The information we request at registration generally includes your name, contact information (including physical address and email address), company name, and title, and information about any projects or budgets which might be applicable.

Internet servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address. We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Site or to determine general IP information and to aggregate site use information.

We also collect and measure information on visitor activity on the Site, such as the number of visits to the Site, average time spent on the Site, pages viewed, and similar information.

We use anonymous information in the aggregate to analyze trends and statistics and to measure the use of our Site, to improve the Site, and to help us provide better customer service.

Sharing Information

KAPOW will not sell, rent, lease or share your personal information, with or to others, except as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

KAPOW contracts with third-party service providers and suppliers to deliver complete products, services and customer solutions. Opt-Out Mechanism

When you provide your personal information in any registration form on the Site, you automatically "opt-in" to receive future email communications from us. However, you always have the opportunity and right to opt-out of receiving further communications or promotional materials from KAPOW by clicking "unsubscribe" in the email communication you received from KAPOW.

Keeping Your Information Secure

KAPOW uses commercially reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to maintain the confidentiality of the information we collect online. The Site has security measures in place that are intended to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Updating Your Information

Upon request via email at info@kapowsoftware.com, we will provide to you a summary of any personal information retained by us regarding you. You may also modify, correct, change or update your personal records or cause your personal records to be removed from our database by request via email to info@kapowsoftware.com. We will only send personal records to the email address on file for the visitor name associated with it.
